Returns & Exchanges

All sales are FINAL. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wig units once sold. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before completing your order. If you need assistance with your selection, feel free to contact us for advice on color, style, or fit before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you and provide you with a resolution, including a replacement or refund for damaged products.

Undeliverable, Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact www.USPS.com. If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address information or any reason at all, you will be issued store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that Sasha B. Hair has received the product.

Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if: 1)The shipping address does not exist 2)The shipping address is misspelled by the customer 3)The shipping address is missing information such as apt/bldg/suite number 4)The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt 5) The addressee has moved 6)The addressee has refused the package.

Customers can use the store credit provided to place a new order using the corrected address.

Salon Policies

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time for your salon visit.

Grace Period: 10-15 minutes for lateness. After this, appointments are automatically canceled.

Rescheduling: Notify us at least 72 hours in advance since rescheduling within the current booking period is subject to availability only.

Cancellation: 10% fee on cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

No Call, No Show

First Instance:  Booking restrictions and full payment required for future appointments.

Second Instance: No new appointment bookings.

Guest

Please refrain from bringing additional guests, children, or animals to your salon visit. This ensures a relaxing environment for all our customers. 

Photography and Filming

As part of our commitment to sharing the beauty and transformations our services provide, we reserve the right to record and film in our salon for promotional content. By visiting or booking an appointment at Sasha B Hair salon, you consent to being filmed or photographed for use in our content. If you have any concerns about this, please inform us prior to your visit.

By purchasing from Sasha B Hair, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. Sasha B Hair is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including any issues with availability or delays after purchase.

We do not accept liability for any damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or any third-party claims, except as expressly stated in this agreement. In the event of any claim, the maximum liability of Sasha B Hair is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
